We have combined 15 years site experience conducting both drainage and water supply pipe investigations / repairs along with technical report writing. This to include full CCTV surveys to WRc standards, build-over and home buyer CCTV inspections, subsidence / insurance reports and Water supply pipe investigation.

We have over 10 years technical report writing experience delivering high quality technical reports to insurance companies covering general home insurance claims, validation reports and subsidence related reports at both domestic and commercial properties.

 

Having written in excess of over 20,000 reports to include CCTV surveys, fresh water supply pipe investigations, site investigation and repair quotations using client specific schedules of rates, we have an extremely competent and technical team. Our team are up-to date with various report writing software (WinCan V7 and V8), and our report writers hold WRc OS19x certificates. We use our own drawing tool to create detailed site plans but occasionally use AutoCAD software when dealing with site level surveys or when compiling our cross section drawings of property foundations.

Our own report templates are recognised by local water authority companies and our custom templates are already in use for build-over CCTV surveys UK nationally. All CCTV coding is done to WRc standard with each line condition graded with regards to its serviceability and any repair recommendations are carefully compiled using the WRc Drain Repair Book for guidance.
