If you have a 3rd party report and want RW Underground Services to validate this, we can help. Once we receive your paperwork and footage (including 3rd party report), we will compile our own report and validate the costs and recommendations supplied by the 3rd party. RW Underground Services will handle any communication with the 3rd party contractors to obtain any supporting documents required to complete the report. If you wish us to incorparate your company logo to our report template, this is not a problem.

CCTV:

RW Underground Services will code each line surveyed using WRc standard coding from the Drain Repair Book and condition grade (A, B & C) each line to inform of its serviceability. We will then look to compare this to the 3rd party report and advise of any discrepancies (such as if the line is covered or not under the policy (if insurance)). We will also cost compare the amount charged for the CCTV survey investigation against the 3rd party charges and outline these cost differences within the content of our report.

QUOTE:

RW Underground Services will compile a quotation for recommended repairs to any lines condition graded B & C (3-5) and compare this cost to  the 3rd party report for your review. If you have a schedule of rates you would want us to use, we are happy to use these.
