Our water supply investigation reports are generated from the paperwork that we receive from you. Our templates include contents such as:

 

1) Site plan (showing water supply layout including (external / internal stop taps, outside taps building outline and hard standing surfaces and any investigation excavations carried out).

2) Photographs page.

3) Water overview and recommendations page (survey summary of findings including repair recommendations if the defective section is covered).

4) Quotation Page (If applicable)

If the water supply pipe is tested individually or tested as part of a drainage investigation, we can report it. Our team are advanced in water supply pipe repair quoting from internal re-route, isolated spot repairs, INSU Duct protection box installations to impact moling and will always recommend works to ensure first time fix to eliminate multiple visits and overall cost to customer.

We charge our customers per report and so whether you want to use our services for all of your water main reports, for cover during busy periods, or a one off report, we can help. Our turnaround is 48 hours from RW Underground Services receiving the paperwork.
