Our home insurance reports are generated from the paperwork and CCTV footage that we receive from you. Our templates include contents such as:

 

1) Site plan (showing drainage layout, building outline and hard standing surfaces)

2) CCTV coding page (coded and condition graded from WRc Drain Repair Book 3)

​

3) CCTV Defect photograph page (showing snap shot images of each line defects)

​

4) Photographs page

​

5) Drain overview and recommendations page (survey summary of each line including repair recommendations if covered)

​

6) Quotation Page (If applicable)

​

7) Water supply investigation page or Report (If in addition to drain investigations or tested without CCTV survey)

All you need to do is send us the insurance policy details as to what is covered (differs depending on insurer) and we will assess whether the damage is an insured peril or whether we would repudiate the claim if not covered.

 

We would generate the report when you send over the site plans and photographs along with the CCTV footage. We code each line in guidance with WRc Drain Repair Book and condition grade each line (A, B or C) to report the drain serviceability.

We charge our customers per report and so whether you want to use our services for all of your CCTV survey's, for cover during busy periods, or a one off report, we can help. Our Report turnaround is 48 hours from RW Underground Services receiving the paperwork.
